With deep expertise in distribution management, operational excellence, and market development, he continues to drive the company's evolution through customer-centric solutions, product innovation, and a commitment to delivering premium-quality plywood, veneers, doors, and allied products.

Akhilesh holds dual degrees from Boston University, USA, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Recognising the need for greater transparency in the wood products industry, Akhilesh authored the Smart Plywood Buying Guide, a practical resource that helps consumers, architects, and designers make informed material choices. He also conceptualised and launched Beyond Blueprints, Duroply's architecture and design podcast, which facilitates meaningful conversations among industry leaders, practitioners, and emerging talent.
